Before opening your products, read the following instructions:
If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact UPS immediately at 800-742-5877 to file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging and merchandise exactly like you received them for UPS inspection. UPS will contact us once you file a claim and we will then ship you a replacement.

If you would like to return your product, we do not accept returns after 15 days from shipped date. Returns can be for replacement, refund, or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. All refund returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All items are inspected before being shipped. All items returned must be in original condition and packaged in the original box or similar box correctly.

To return any products for an exchange or refund, you MUST obtain an EXCHANGE or RETURN authorization number from customer service within 15 days from shipped date. Without an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER no refunds or exchanges will be made.
• E-mail us by clicking Here to get your RA#. Please include your name, order number, phone number (with best time to call you back) and reason for exchange or return in your email. We will get back to you within 1-3 business days.
• You must write the RA# on the outside of the box that you are sending back or there is a very good chance that our receiving department will refuse it and it will be returned to you.
• Do not send back merchandise C.O.D. or freight collect. We can not accept such packages. For your own protection, insure all return packages. Little gi joes Online is not responsible for returned shipments which are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
• Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES:
Once we receive your order, we will exchange your initial product(s) with the desired substitution. On exchanges, you may be charged up to the original shipping cost to you to cover our shipping costs back to you, unless item(s) are being returned because of an error made by us or a manufacturers' defect.

REFUNDS:
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund and send you an email confirming your refund. Please note that after we have refunded you, your order may take up to 7 days for you to see your credit on your statement. We will only credit you for your product costs and not your shipping costs, unless the refund was due to our mistake. If we determine that your order was shipped correctly and you are asking for a refund there is a 20% restocking fee due to the fact that you received exactly what you ordered.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Knives,airsoft, food, books and pepper spray. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on eyewear, swimwear, hosiery, underwear or hats. Merchandise described as army/military surplus or described as 'used/unissed" are sold “as is”, and is a FINAL SALE. The condition of any used item varies and is usually reflected in the price.
